As you are aware, a few months ago our company experienced a disastrous blaze in which both our warehouse facility and office complex were completely obliterated. As a result of this devastation, all our records, both within our filing system and on computer, were lost.

Fortunately we had installed a Phoenix Dataare Safe, in which we kept backups from our computer system stored on data tape media. Though this safe, originally stored in a first-floor office, had been subjected to the intense heat and been buried for a considerable time under the remains of the building, the information stored on the contents of the safe was found to be retrievable, which proved invaluable in the continuation of the company’s day-to-day business.

Although a vast amount of information was forever lost in the blaze, thanks to Phoenix our company was given a lifeline after our major incident, and for this we offer our sincere thanks.
