I don’t know how you have done it but what a fantastic company you have. I recently had occasion to speak with your support department, specifically “Allison Hughes”. I’m 60 and I have spoken with many a support or so called customer care department but none as fantastic as Allison at Phoenix. She was pleasant helpful but most of all she was wanting to help me. Not just sign post me to a web site or some other help file. A real human to do a real job and excelling at it. Whatever you have done to create a team like this please bottle it and send me a pint 🙂
